Our client, a leader in the metal finishing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician I to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Plating Technician I

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour (2nd Shift: $3.50 Shift Differential) ( 3RD Shift: $4.50 Differential)

What's the Job?

• Load and unload tote pans of parts and stack parts in baskets, racks, and barrels.

• Perform various metal finishing processes including cleaning, etching, and plating.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas.

• Inspect processed parts to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain daily production logs and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

• Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating.

• Understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes.

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
