ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Lincoln, New Hampshire

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour (with a $3.50 shift differential for 2nd shift)

What's the Job?

  • Operate various machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes.

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of production output and report any defects.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions.

  • Experience operating machinery is preferred but not required.

  • Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
