What You'll Do

As the Senior Director of User Platforms, you will lead and oversee the development and implementation of the user interface for all digital products and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development strategy, user experience, and ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints. You will manage a diverse team of UI developers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class user interfaces that delight customers and enhance business objectives.

  • Lead and inspire Console team and UI Center of Excellence, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.

  • Develop and drive the overall UI development, ensuring alignment with roadmap commitments, branding, and user-centric development principles.

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, ensuring UI development strategies align with business priorities.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to UI develop staff, helping them to develop their skills and grow professionally.

  • Promote a collaborative and innovative development culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Who You Will Work With

  • As a Senior Director, you will be working with a variety of stakeholders within our organization

  • Work with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business objectives and requirements.

  • You will partner with your peers and Product Management

  • This role reports to SVP, Product Engineering

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing complex enterprise software sales and/or large account relationships in the focus industry. 

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with ‘C’ and VP level executives.

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional integrity 

  • Proven track record in Leading teams and guiding them through complex technical solutions. 

  • Possesses excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills 

  • Experience working with front-end development teams to translate designs into functional and efficient interfaces.

  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Pay Rate: 199500.0000 - 249400.0000 - 299300.0000 Annually

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
