Our production team plays an important role in driving that transformation.

Hexagon Agility, a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions, is driving the energy transformation in the transport sector. Our technology enables hard to decarbonize segments - such as trucks and buses - to move from diesel to cleaner fuel alternatives.

We are looking for a high-reaching and driven colleague that wants to work closely with our Mobile Pipeline production team.

Job Summary: Lead and coordinate activities of the value stream. Leading, coaching, and developing those engaged in the manufacture of products in accordance with safety, quality, build schedule and labor standards. This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production team members staffed on the designated shift and plant security.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources, d evelop work schedules and assign work based upon analysis of pr oduction schedules and documented training .

  • Ensure team members understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, Lincoln Process Specification s , Training Documents and other work instructions.

  • Instruct, support, train, develop and monitor team leads and team members in performance of assigned tasks and compliance with c ompany policies and procedures.

  • Lead and c ounsel team on performance, attendance, values and compliance with p lant r ules.

  • Coordinate with production team and verify quality of work and process knowledge of production personnel.

  • Conduct annual performance appraisals to encourage development and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with all departments.

  • Maintain compliance with safety programs and guidelines to ensure clean, orderly and safe working conditions.

  • Efficiently process paperwork

  • Maintain time and production records

  • Perform other functions as assigned.

  • Report/track daily production results

  • Coordinate work with other value streams

  • Safety performance

  • Responsible for approving team PTO and attendance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, project management skills and analytical skills.

  • An intermediate level knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel is required .

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Knowledge of hazardous waste handling .

  • Knowledge of general OSHA regulations.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Five years of lead or supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Associate degree in a t echnical discipline, Business Management or experience specific to Hexagon Agility or equivalent preferred

Other Skills/Abilities or Special Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for up to 12 hours or more per day

  • Ability to operate fork lift truck.

  • This role plays a vital part in the emergency response team.
