Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily scheduling and communication with drivers, ensure accurate billing processes, and maintain data integrity for reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Daily
Communicate with drivers to assign and manage daily tasks.
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers and external clients to determine hauling requirements and optimize scheduling.
Weekly
Verify and ensure accurate entry of billing information, confirming that all boom jobs are recorded.
Import dump truck billing into the Foundations system and process external client billing.
Enter and verify pump truck billing, ensuring accuracy for Lincoln and Omaha locations.
Import billing data for hook and semi trucks and process external client billing for both locations.
Update Fleetmatics with billing rates, job details, client entries, and payment information.
Collaborate with accounts payable to verify vendor billing accuracy for material pickups.
Monthly
Conduct audits to ensure accurate data recording for each department.
Generate detailed reports on truck usage and departmental activity, sharing findings with relevant department heads.
