Leads the compliance of the Instore Essentials. It has a fundamental role in the development and operational negotiation with the 3rd party Merchandising Agencies. Controls and ensures to have the correct resources to achieve executional commercial goals.

What you will do

Lead the actions and controls required to meet compliance of Instore Essentials.

Headcount control, leading the call value analysis and the strategic actions required for the efficient use of boots on the ground while maintaining merchandising coverage by retail environment.

Control and budget planning.

Leads the execution of bidding processes for the merchandising services.

Performs analysis and leads negotiation strategy with customers under whom the Merchandising service is outsourced.

Actively participate in the annual rate negotiation with merchandising agencies.

Lead and coordinate with Merchandising Agencies the execution strategies for promoters and merchandisers.

Identify the needs and requirements of local teams to improve In store execution. Evaluate service gaps with support staff (merchandisers) in the channel and apply corrective measures.

Develop strategies to maximize the visibility of our brands in different shopping environments and achieve the best use of resources in implementation. Develop/Reengineer processes related to In store to achieve improvements in In store execution.

Coach and develop team in charge to ensure excellence in performance and maximize their potential.

Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • At least 5 years experience in Sales in Multinational Companies - Consumer Goods.

  • At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executives/KAM (at least in two channels : Supermarkets, Indirect Trade, or Pharmacies)

  • Google tools, Microsoft Office (SAP, BI,)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead a team/ Projects

  • Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Market Knowledge, Process Improvement

  • Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related

  • Experiences in Retail Marketing/Trade marketing

  • Knowledge of SAP & BI

  • Experience in managing outsourced service

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Focus on results with the ability to resolve operational conflicts associated with issues of points of sale and merchandising agencies
