Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly and fabrication, with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role requires proficiency in reading schematics, soldering, and electrical wiring, as well as a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Duties
- Assemble components according to schematics and technical drawings.
- Solder connections and perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly.
- Fabricate parts using machining techniques and tools such as calipers.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly, fabrication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and surface mount technology.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
- Experience with machining processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
