What you'll do * Create and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment items. * Support Contract Lifecycle Management * P-Card process management and reconciliation * Expediting purchases * Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies * Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support * Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis. * Support the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services. * Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks. * Support vendor setup and contract closeout processes * Collaborating with relevant parties to negotiate contracts * Support Contract Lifecycle Management * Support material expediting * Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies Who you are * Available to begin work on or around May 12th, 2025 * Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided. * As this position requires the operation of a motor vehicle, a valid US Driver's License is required. * Previous experience is considered an asset. * Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices. * Strong verbal and written communication skills Education * Seeking individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related field (Commerce, Economics, Finance, etc.), or those with equivalent experience. * Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year. * Availability for multiple work terms is preferred. * Strong academic performance * Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester. * Attached copies of transcripts * Must be enrolled in a 2025 Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term * Candidates with equivalent experience in additionApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjU5MDk5LjEwNTA4QGNlbm92dXNjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ
