Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution, waste disposal, and heating in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
- Assemble and install pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Respond to emergency calls for plumbing issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems.
- Provide cost estimates for installation and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- H.S. Diploma
- Proven experience as a plumber; experience in both residential and commercial settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
