J T Construction & Remodel LLC ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER in Lilburn, Georgia
- Work directly with Project Manager to help implement project goals.
- Complete assigned project tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with project permit process.
- Planning and implementation of projects.
- Generates 3D renderings, visual presentations and develop architectural plans.
- Oversee job cost accuracy and related reporting requirements. Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with project team members including architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and most importantly the project owner (s).
*- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with the construction documents.
Requirements: Bachelor's inArchitecture or related field;24 months experience in construction or project management; 1 years of experience one of the following architecture software and computer operating systems:ArchiCAD, 3ds Max and V-Ray; Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.*
