Job Title: HVAC Technician / Facilities Maintenance
Job Description
Join our team as an HVAC Technician, providing HVAC and facilities maintenance between two manufacturing plants located in Kenosha, WI, and Itasca, IL. You will spend approximately two days at one site and three at the other, performing preventative maintenance on HVAC units and other basic facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical work. Your responsibilities will also include taking pictures, entering notes, creating and completing work orders, and acting as liaison between end customer and facilities services company. You will need to call vendors for assistance beyond your capabilities and identify and sell add-on work.

Work Site
This position will split time between manufacturing facilities in Kenosha, WI and Itasca, IL. Will be reimbursed for travel between locations. All tools will be provided.
Work Environment
You will manage facilities in a plastic injection molding facility, working the day shift from roughly 7 am to 3:30 pm with some flexibility. Overtime and on-call may be required. You will work closely with management to ensure the efficient operation of the plant/building. Safety gear such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are mandatory.
