Universal Health Services Handyman/Painter in LIBERTY HILL, Texas
Responsibilities
The Handyman/Painter is responsible for daily painting and touch-up, fixing minor issues, and light repairs to maintain the building.
Key Responsibilities include:
Perform light repairs.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
Light cleaning duties and preparation for painting, as required.
Keep area clean with covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop clothes and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint.
Assist the Director of Risk Management/Housekeeping, as needed.
Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees.
Self-starter with good time management skills.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in handyman/painter duties, preferred.
Licensure: Must maintain an Identification Card in the applicable state within 90 days of employment.
Additional Requirements : Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work variable shifts and flexible hours.
