J.C. Wilkie Construction, LLC Grade Crew Foreman in Lexington, South Carolina
Local Lexington SC Site Contractor is seeking a Grade Crew Foreman/Superintendent. Grade crew foreman will be responsible for directing a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans. The work will be primarily in the Columbia/Lexington. The grading crew will be performing grading of land, building pads, removal and placement of dirt and other earth work as associated with a grade crew. This is a working foreman position and the candidate should have experience in operating heavy equipment and supervisory experience. Foreman/Superintendent will be responsible for the associated paperwork to report the payroll and hours for the crew and tracking and reporting on the work being performed and the job progress status.
This is a salaried position based on a 45-50 hour week and includes a company vehicle. Relocation assistance may be provided to qualified candidates.

Good Driving Record
Heavy Equipment Operating Experience
Supervisory Experience
Skills with GPS for grading experience
