Senior Financial Manager, Missile Systems

KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions Division is proactively seeking a Missile Systems Senior Financial Manager in Patuxent River, MD, to support PMA-280, Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS) program office Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Contingent Upon Contract Award). Your work with PMA-280 supports the nation’s premier, all-weather, long-range, deep-strike offensive weapon against fixed and mobile targets and the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). This position requires candidates to be able to work on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station (NAS), MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Certifications: MA/MS degree

Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with a current Secret Clearance.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience performing the role responsibilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, execution, metrics, reporting, analysis, appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M,N) and appropriate use/task, CSPT, Work Assignment Agreements (WAAs), SOWs, Field Activity liaison, NERP functions, horizontal and vertical communications, and OUSD/Navy benchmarks. Recurring/periodic presentations of material to convey status.

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning and Execution Monitoring / Spend Plan IT tools and U.S. government appropriation types
