Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd Shift (3-11 PM, Monday-Friday) and 3rd Shift (11 PM-7 AM, Sunday-Thursday). The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing and installing electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to identify machine failures and recommending solutions, installing new machines/equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of tools and work areas.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lexington, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The work setting is a non-climate controlled but exceptionally clean and organized plant. Although the external aesthetics of the plant may not be pleasing, the interior is well-maintained with robotics and automation technology. The plant is equipped with fans and doors that open during the summer and heaters for the winter, providing a comfortable working environment.
