Description We are in search of a Database Technology Manager based in Lexington, Massachusetts, United States. This role offers an opportunity to become a pivotal player in optimizing our agency's technology infrastructure and data management practices. As the Database Technology Manager, you will lead and collaborate with stakeholders, oversee critical IT projects, and assist in enhancing operational efficiency through the application of advanced data strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders across the agency to identify and understand data requirements.

• Identify and implement strategies to streamline operational and administrative processes, data collection, reporting, and analytics.

• Lead data governance initiatives and ensure effective data management practices.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in IT, healthcare, and billing/accounts receivable to maintain a deep understanding of end-user and agency needs.

• Supervise IT staff members, managing their performance and hiring processes.

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of administrative policies and procedures for efficient billing and collections processes.

• Participate in project teams leading the design, implementation, upgrades, and improvements of various software systems.

• Develop and monitor IT performance metrics to ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide leadership, oversight, and support to the Applications Support and Reporting Team, ensuring adherence to established support procedures, tools, and policies.

• Offer guidance to the Billing Team to ensure proper and effective use of relevant policies, procedures, and tools.

• Maintain strict adherence to all security protocols when accessing confidential information within the agency database. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field or role

• Proficiency in Database and Database Administration is essential

• Experience with Data Warehousing is required

• Knowledge and experience in EHR SYSTEM is a must

• Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL is required

• Experience in Data Governance is necessary

• Proficiency in Data reporting is essential

• Experience in managing Database-Driven Web Applications is required

• Knowledge of Applicant Track System is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
