Shift | 15-20 hours per week, generally between 8a-4:30p Monday - Friday however evenings and weekends may be required as business needs dictate. There is some potential for remote work. |
Job Summary | The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling, planning, and logistics for various programs related to the Center for Personal Development (CPD), College Life, and the IMPACT grant leadership development initiatives. Key programs include CPD events, College Life and college-wide events, Rising Leader programs, LHC Leadership Conference, and Lewis Launch. Key Responsibilities include - Key Responsibilities:

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internal and external to the unit, attention to detail; problem solving, Microsoft Office Suite, database management in Excel, Tableau, plus Project Management and Event Planning experience |

Preferred Education/Experience | Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years experience in project management or event planning are desired. |
