We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Full Stack Software Developer. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, focusing on building and optimizing a modern, scalable platform. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and GIS map-based web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and optimizing a modern, scalable platform that serves as the backbone of our operations.

• Developing front-end applications using React and mapping libraries such as Mapbox, Esri, and OpenLayers.

• Managing spatial databases (PostGIS), APIs, and other software requirements.

• Building complex geospatial queries that can scale across multiple regions.

• Designing efficient algorithms for processing and analyzing large datasets of property attributes.

• Creating an intuitive interface for complex multi-attribute searching.

• Implementing real-time data visualization of search results and analytics.

• Developing automated systems for tracking and managing publicly available datasets.

• Building an intuitive React-based frontend that allows users to search properties based on multiple attributes.

• Creating efficient data export functionality for generating reports and lists.

• Implementing secure user authentication and role-based access control.

• Integrating with mapping services and building custom mapping solutions as needed.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of detail oriented experience as a Software Developer

• Proficiency in Backend Development is required

• Strong skills in JavaScript are essential

• Experience with Node.js is a must

• Proficiency in React.js is necessary

• Knowledge and experience in GIS mapping are required
