Job Title: Field Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Field Technician, where you will be responsible for servicing a diverse range of products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. In this role, you will utilize various hand tools to diagnose and repair units according to blueprints or engineering specifications. You will actively represent our company by directly interacting with customers, providing them with technical support, and conducting training on troubleshooting and maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include documenting your work thoroughly, driving a company vehicle to various job sites, and securing additional work by making proactive recommendations based on equipment status. Regular travel, including some overnight stays, and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, are essential aspects of this role.
