Kentucky Blood Center Donor Scheduler $14/HR (FULL TIME) 11:30am to 9:00pm in Lexington, Kentucky

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days and if on board by 3/31/25).
Hours: Monday - Thursday 11:30am to 9:00pm
Alternating Weekends- Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: $14.00 per hour, based on education and experience, plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses
Description: Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers.
Training: Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.
Working Environment & Physical Effort This position requires the ability to:
Sit for extended periods of time.
Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.
Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old or older and have High School Diploma/GED. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
