Robert Half is seeking Customer Service Representatives to become a part of a call center team in the hospitality industry for a company based in Lexington, KY. In the role of a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, promptly processing client requests, and accurately entering information into the reservation system. Several shifts and open seats available! Lots of 2nd shift openings, some schedules including weekend days. Apply today to be considered!
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with utmost professionalism
• Swiftly and accurately address client requests in alignment with set service standards
• Input information into the reservation system with precision
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to address client concerns
• Use appropriate language and grammar to document client needs and issues
• Strive to elevate the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service to all clients
• Use decision-making skills to provide hotel options that align with the company's financial objectives
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the hotel industry and regional markets pertinent to clients
• Promptly and accurately communicate with clients
• Resolve client and hotel issues related to reservation changes on a daily basis
• Work closely with Account Management teams and Hotel Network Management to identify frequently visited hotels by clients and offer "in-network" hotel options
• Manage call timings efficiently to maximize availability for client interactions.
Requirements • Proven experience in a hospitality setting, preferably as a Customer Service Representative
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide top-notch customer service in a call center setting
• Strong skills in resolving customer service issues promptly and professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry's standards and regulations
• Adaptability to work with diverse customer bases and team members
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer management
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service will be a plus.
