For those near Lexington, KY, hybrid work may also be available.The Administrative Services Assistant Senior will provide administrative and business services support to its Executive Director and leadership team. The person will support departmental cost center management, from purchasing to reconciliation, arrange travel and meetings for the CGS staff, assist with website updates, and handle various administrative tasks/needs of the unit. Support administrative on-boarding needs for new staff. Coordinate resource management and various electronic filing needs. Prepare CGS Concur reports for Procard and travel charges and act as Concur cost object approver for all reports with transactions charging to CGS cost centers.
