Description
Robert Half is offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Coordinator in the non-profit industry, specifically located in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky, United States. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks including handling sensitive resident information, assisting with housing data management and ensuring all eligibility criteria for public housing programs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle the data entry tasks and maintain digital files with utmost accuracy
• Assist in the recording and reporting of housing data to the site manager
• Determine initial and triennial eligibility for public housing programs with detail-oriented approach
• Handle personal and financial information of residents while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Provide superior customer service while dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in authorization processes related to public housing programs
• Manage paper filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations in all procedures and communications.
Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high volume environments
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with Paper Filing systems, demonstrating ability to organize, manage, and update necessary documents effectively
• Proficiency in managing Digital Files, ensuring secure and accessible storage of important documentation
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in daily administrative tasks
• Familiarity with Authorization Processes, ensuring all procedures adhere to organizational and legal standards
