Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator- $18 First Shift

Job Description

The candidate will assist with coordinating operations, managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and providing customer service and communication. The role requires extensive data entry and processing of purchase orders. Candidates must be comfortable with computers and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations for shipping and receiving.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments.

• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Process orders and purchase orders (POs).

• Provide customer service and handle customer communications.

• Perform extensive data entry tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Experience with administrative assistance.

• Inventory management skills.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in shipping and receiving.

• Strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with vendor communication.

• Experience in PO processing.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable with computers.
