Job Title: Mechanical Design EngineerJob Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will prepare layout drawings for assembling and manufacturing products. Your role involves using computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop and maintain designs, create and revise production drawings, and make final sketches of proposed drawings. You will collaborate with the engineering team to determine manufacturing tolerances, product specifications, and other technical requirements. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining an organized engineering file system for production drawings and engineering documentation, and support the engineering department by completing other documentation processes.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in LEWISVILLE, Texas.

Work Environment

The company manufactures Land Mobile Radio, Public Safety, Wireless/Cellular, and Amateur Radio equipment. Products include Transmitter Combiners, Receiver Multicouplers, Filters, Antennas, and Tower Top Amplifiers. The work setting is a 10-person shop focused on assembly and maintaining quality processes.
