Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a bilingual HR Generalist based in Lewisville, Texas. This role is crucial in our organization, where you would be expected to work closely with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for handling immigration-related inquiries and maintaining compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Utilize various platforms and recruitment strategies to source and attract candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and facilitate the selection process by conducting interviews.

• Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by providing timely communication and feedback.

• Assist in enhancing our employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for immigration-related inquiries from employees and management.

• Prepare and submit visa applications and petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate guidance.

• Collaborate with external immigration attorneys, when necessary.

• Support employees in navigating their immigration status and options.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Familiarity with Compliance procedures

• Experience in Employee Relations, FMLA.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce platforms

• Understanding of benefit functions in a corporate environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven experience in compliance and regulatory matters

• Strong skills in managing employee relations

• Practical knowledge of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion when necessary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
