Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Lewisville, Texas, in the retail industry. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing company performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports, and utilizing various tools such as SQL and Power BI to drive strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting the financial performance of the organization.

• Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract, process, and analyze data.

• Analyze company performance metrics, including revenue per repair, cost of goods sold, and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present detailed reports that highlight insights and support strategic planning.

• Leverage your skills in Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) to inform decision-making processes.

• Maintain and manage the Business Requirement Document to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

• Use Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server to manage and manipulate data.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company's operations regularly.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data and reports. Requirements • Proficiency in Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI)

• Familiarity with preparing Business Requirement Documents

• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred
