Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Lewisville, Texas

Description We are offering an engaging opportunity in the retail industry for an Administrative Coordinator in Lewisville, Texas. As an integral part of our team, the Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing administrative duties, handling invoicing, and supporting our recruitment team by using applicant tracking systems. This role is based onsite and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team

• Handle invoicing duties with accuracy and efficiency

• Manage the distribution of emails to the appropriate departments

• Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing system issues promptly

• Assist in the creation and revision of job descriptions

• Compile and present reports using intermediate excel skills, additional training will be provided if necessary

• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to support the recruitment team

• Proficiently use workday and Microsoft office for various administrative tasks

• Provide support to a team of 80 members, ensuring seamless communication and task execution

• Utilize CRM and other communication tools to answer inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist in onboarding processes and ensure all relevant administrative tasks are completed

• Use Microsoft Excel for invoice entry and management, and to keep track of approved invoices

• Leverage social media platforms as needed in alignment with company guidelines. Requirements • Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Ability to answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

• Prior experience in administrative assistance is required

• Familiarity with the onboarding process and its requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage in a detail oriented setting

• Experience in entering and approving invoices

• The ability to handle invoice entry in a timely and accurate manner

• Experience in processing approved invoices is essential.
