Job Title: Construction Foreman
Job Description
The Construction Foreman will have direct responsibility for the technical management of the construction site. This position will oversee self-performance labor, ensuring safety for all and monitoring the quality of work performed. The foreman will also be able to step in and do the work if more help is needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee self-performance labor on the construction site.
Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members.
Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed.
Step in and perform construction tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction, general labor, and commercial construction.
Proficiency in carpentry and construction supervision.
Ability to manage construction projects and interpret blueprints.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential construction.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Experience with projects valued at over $1M.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
