You will be supervising several small groups of 3 cleaners per group, and you will work with the same people each night when you are training at a group and all work is in the local area. You will help train & clean offices and medical buildings and business in the evening after they close. Duties include, emptying trash cans, dusting, cleaning kitchens, cleaning bathrooms, glass on entrance doors, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
