Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedGeneral Managerto oversee and lead all aspects of our boating industry operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, and daily business functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong business mindset, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Monitor and analyze P&L statements, ensuring financial health and profitability.
  • Organize and lead monthly meetings with department heads to set goals and track performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and operational improvements.
  • Excellent customer service and satisfaction across all departments.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Handle monthly reporting and financial analysis.
  • Ensure managers understand company objectives and hold consistent accountability.
  • Work closely with staff to set and achieve company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in management, preferably in a dealership or marine-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and goal setting.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
