Transitions Executive Assistant in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

-Perform administrative duties related to fundraising activities including our Annual Auction and Annual Appeal

-Manage the agency's donor database

-Attend meetings and take and distribute meeting minutes

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the organization

  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

-Act as agency contact/resource with technology vendor

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar

  • Strong clerical and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines

  • Ability to coordinate projects efficiently

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Typing proficiency with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
