Transitions Executive Assistant in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative duties related to fundraising activities including our Annual Auction and Annual Appeal
-Manage the agency's donor database
-Attend meetings and take and distribute meeting minutes
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the organization
Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
-Act as agency contact/resource with technology vendor
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar
Strong clerical and organizational skills
Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
Accurate data entry skills
Typing proficiency with attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
