Alphabroder Engineering Technician in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania
Position Summary
The Engineering Technician will provide hands on support to the production floor assisting Engineering and Maintenance as needed. This position will create and maintain manufacturing process documentation as well as assist in training operators in those processes. This individual will conduct data collection and analysis activities such as performing time studies, analyzing defects and assisting with root cause analysis. This position is well suited for an individual beginning a career in Engineering
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Creating and maintaining process documentation
Develop strong understating of equipment and assist in upkeep
Conduct time studies
Participate in defect analysis, & root cause analysis
Assist in training
Participate in Kaizen events and other improvement activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good soft skills
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience necessary:
Garment decoration experience a plus
Mechanical or technical experience a plus
Manufacturing experience a plus
