Job Title: Panel Builder - 1st shift

Pay: 22/hour - 35/hour

Job Description

ATS is looking for 5 Electricians (1 general electrician & 4 electrician panel builders" to join their team for a project based around electrical panel building, going until AT LEAST until September of this year; they need 500 panels to be built by September of 2025 - this could go longer based on new projects / work being brought in, they can also have the opportunity to be brought on as a direct employee if they are showing up with a high aptitude, being a team player, and performing the job at high level with no attendance issues. 500 Panels across 11 unique panels types. The focus will be to group these contractors in 1/2 per team and have them tackle each panel type in a repetitive fashion until the work is done. The core schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a flexible schedule option of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. Employees will work 40-50 hours a week, coordinating with team members for a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble electrical panels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize blueprints and schematics to complete projects.

• Work with hand and power tools to assemble panels.

• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the building process.

• Collaborate effectively within a team, working in groups of 1-2 to tackle each panel type.

• Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as an electrician.

• Proficiency in blueprint and schematic utilization.

• Experience in electrical panel building.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Skilled in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• UL Certification.

• Experience with live wiring.

• High-level QA/QC aptitude.

• Experience in automation, robotics, and troubleshooting.

• Background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

• Experience as a maintenance technician.

Work Environment

Work in a team-oriented, temperature-controlled, brand-new facility equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Every employee is provided with a locker and access to a brand-new breakroom.

This is a Contract position based out of Lewis Center, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00
