Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Lewis Center, Ohio

Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

Assist project managers with administrative tasks throughout various projects. Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office for administrative support tasks. Follow the company-endorsed business process and best practices, and make recommendations on system/process improvements. Assist with internal HR data entry, including employee records and hours worked/projects completed. Maintain document retention strategy for both hard and electronic copies of service acknowledgements, work orders, inspection reports, internal agreements, and customer documentation. Always maintain confidentiality of customer and employer information. Dispatching or scheduling experience with technicians, project managers, etc., is a plus. Perform other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years with administrative and coordinator type roles

  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office and Windows skills

  • Experience with AS400 system a plus

  • Ability to retain training in an organized fashion

  • Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets and creating tables

  • Dispatching or scheduling experience with technicians, project managers, etc., a plus

  • Proven experience in multi-tasking and handling several difficult tasks

  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic

  • Professionalism in email and over the phone

Work Environment

The individual will sit at the front desk of the office. There is a separate office space with cubicles and side offices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
