Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in LEWIS CENTER, Ohio. This role involves a blend of critical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, research skills, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and efficient customer credit processing.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.

• Monitor customer accounts for irregularities and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions.

• Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating adaptability in various tasks.

• Conduct research analysis to support accounts receivable operations.

• Generate financial reports to reflect the status of customer accounts.

• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking skills.

• Adapt easily to changes in processes or software systems. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience with Billing Functions is a must

• Ability to conduct Research Analysis

• Skilled in Financial Reporting

• Easily adaptable to new technology and changes in processes
