Role summary:

Flowserve is looking for a Technician (M/F/T) Repair & Calculation for the Quick Response Center in Leuna, Göhren as of 01.04.2025. The role supports the mechanical seals department at the Göhren site and consists of approx. 60% servicing and repairing and approx. 40% administrative tasks.

Your tasks:

• Repairing mechanical seals incl. inspection

• Occasional on-site customer support / servicing tasks when required

• Coordinating and organizing repair and upgrade projects in the workshop

• Preparation of inspection reports and quotations for repairs / upgrades

• Processing complaints and providing technical clarification

• Organizing and handling of warehousing as well as incoming goods / shipping management

• Organizing the maintenance and repairs of the equipment

• Hazardous materials and safety representative

• Standby service for maintenance and repair at regular intervals

Your profile:

• Successfully completed 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, machinist or comparable profession in metal industry

• Foreman in metalworking or mechanical engineering technician

• At least 3 years of experience as an industrial mechanic, mechnical engineering technician or in a similar field

• Fluency in written and spoken German

• Confident knowledge of written and spoken English

• SAP R3 or S4/HANA knowledge is an advantage

• Good IT skills in common MS Office applications

• Customer-oriented appearance

• Communication skills and team spirit

• High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and vision
