Maintenance Technician (2 Year - Temp) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Assisted living facility. All-around handyman, ability to be flexible, and work well with the elderly. General contracting and light carpentry are a plus. Experience with landscaping and painting is helpful, along with light electrical and plumbing?reliable, willing to be on-call for emergencies.
