Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join their team. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

Location: Leominster, MA

Pay Range: $17.25 to $19.25 based on experience and Shift

1st Shift 6:30am to 3:00 pm

2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm

3rd Shift 10:30pm to 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Monitor the use and maintenance of industrial extrusion equipment in a factory setting.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare machinery for use and run controls in compliance with current occupational regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to work night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
