About Us: Our client takes pride in creating homes that blend exceptional beauty with unbeatable value. From standard floor plans to custom designs, they cater to both community and individual home needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ wishes come true.

Location: Leola, PA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18-20/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Engage: Interact with customers via telephone, email, and in person, providing outstanding support throughout their home-building journey.

  • Order Management: Collect and accurately enter orders for new or additional products and services.

  • Seamless Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication channels to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

  • Record Keeping: Document interactions with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of high-level customer service and administrative experience.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.
