The state-of-the-art multi-purpose manufacturing facility is crafted for large-scale production of biologics and has high expansion potential. After completion of construction activities, our site in Lengnau will offer highly flexible biomanufacturing technologies, from development to large-scale production including stainless steel equipment to meet our customer needs.

Role

  • Independently manage, execute and coordinate technical and process-related (sub-)projects within the Project Engineering Organization.

  • Perform engineering tasks and support construction and commissioning/qualification on Process topics within the Project Engineering Organization.

  • Assure timely delivery of engineering-related activities and documents throughout entire project life cycle

  • Responsible for scope, budget, safety, quality and schedule of assigned tasks.

  • Revise and develop standards and concepts for process equipment and associated required documentation to be used in future projects.

  • Support global engineering & MSAT with facility fit-outs for potential customers

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience or Master's degree + 2 years in the engineering field, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical process industry.

  • Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility.

  • Experience of multi-cultural work environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably German or another European language
