Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist / Cycle Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying item quantities and conditions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing cycle counts. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify items quantity and condition.

• Maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing bar codes and computerized inventory systems.

• Cycle count inventory items.

• Perform stock transactions via computerized inventory system.

Essential Skills

• Experience in inventory and cycle counting.

• Warehouse and material handling experience.

• Proficiency with computers and basic data entry.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple oral and written instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Order pulling experience.

• Pallet jack experience.

• Good tenure on resume.

• HS Diploma or GED.

Work Environment

State of the art manufacturing facility. Climate controlled, clean, and organized. Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm or 6:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Thurs, must be open to either start time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
