Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to government regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to specific projects and contracts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and communication.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance obligations, ethical standards, and best practices.

  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Investigate complaints, allegations, or incidents of non-compliance, leading thorough investigations and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the construction industry or government contracting

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to government contracts, construction projects, labor laws, and workplace safety
