Job Title: Mid-Level Architectural Designer
Job Description
Actively collaborate as part of the project design team on multiple projects, including sports stadiums. Provide an understanding of design concepts utilizing Revit and an ability to apply and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities which further the design concept. Provide leadership in the detailed production of project design and contract documents for projects of varying construction types and technical requirements. Collaborate with an integrated multi-disciplinary design team through design, development, production of construction documents, and construction administration phases. Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities

Utilize Revit to understand and execute design concepts.

Essential Skills
Proficient in Revit
Experience with construction document production
Experience with construction administration
Proficiency in SketchUp
Experience with design development
Experience with schematic design
Experience with construction drawings
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture
3-5 years of experience
Work Environment
The office is moving to Downtown KC. The work environment is very relaxed and collaborative.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00
