Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Lemon Grove, California

Description

An outstanding company in Lemon Grove is looking for a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role requires an individual who has the ability to remain customer focused in difficult situations and who has a genuine passion for wanting to assist others.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and customer inquiries.

  • Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
