Join one of the most exciting initiatives at Adobe as a Senior Product Manager to help drive Unified Review and Approval at Workfront for customers to optimize their content supply chain. This pivotal role involves integrating Workfront, Frame.io, and Enterprise storage, and building foundational capabilities for approvals across the Adobe ecosystem. As a product leader, you will align business objectives with user needs to create high-value solutions, partner with engineering teams to deliver features, and optimize through metrics to drive product-led growth and revenue.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement review and approval product strategies that align with Adobe's mission and goals.

  • Help drive the successful integration of Workfront and Frame.io.

  • Communicate product vision and roadmaps to customers and team members.

  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business outcomes, and maintain a healthy backlog for engineering teams.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our solutions are competitive and innovative.

  • Meet with customers to gather insights that will help drive adoption, usage, and revenue.

     

What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent.

  • Proven track record of leading ambitious product initiatives from concept to launch with a focus on results.

  • Outstanding ability to build rapport with customers, gather actionable insights, and distill complex information simply.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with digital media, review and approval tools, or related technologies is a plus.

  • Capability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

 

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
