Description
Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a Change Management Associate who will assist in the successful initiation and adoption of new processes in the ERP Transformation project. Working with a Change Leadership team, the role involves formulating change strategies, impact assessment, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Change Leadership team in change management.
• Conduct change impact analysis and plan for smooth transition.
• Develop change acceptance strategies and tools.
• Aid in project deployment activities.
• Analyze and mitigate change management risks.
• Overcome resistance from stakeholders and align diverse groups towards transformation goals.
• Measure change adoption levels in large-scale transformations.
• Ensure consistent messaging across different teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Change management certification is a plus.
• 2-4 years of change management experience preferably in large-scale transformations.
• Experience managing complex project change activities.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Superior communication and collaboration skills.
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset for measuring change progress.
