Job Mission:

The Assistant Site Leader ( Assistant General Manager) is responsible for upholding and consistently delivering the company's mission statement:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Car Wash Operations: Understand all operational aspects of the car wash, including staffing, equipment, scheduling, and customer service.

  • Complete Knowledge of C-Store Operations: Manage convenience store operations efficiently, ensuring inventory control, stock replenishment, and exceptional customer service.

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a high standard of talent acquisition that aligns with company values.

  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Maintain a thorough understanding and enforcement of Fabulous Freddy's operating policies, ensuring compliance at all levels of daily operations.

  • Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety procedures, regularly conducting safety meetings, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and promoting a culture of workplace safety.

  • Employee Engagement & Morale: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high employee morale through effective communication, training, and leadership.

  • Customer Relations: Ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times, handling complaints, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

  • Inventory and Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, inventory management, and financial reporting are followed to minimize losses and optimize profitability.

  • Shift Management: Supervise and manage shifts to ensure all staff are meeting performance expectations and operations run smoothly during all hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Able to obtain all required work cards for the role.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and ensure operational standards are met.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Experience with cash handling and basic financial management.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, including Sundays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in car wash, retail, or service industries.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
