Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide technical expertise in relevant systems, methodologies, and tools applicable to the industry.
  • Design, develop, and maintain communications systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements and industry standards.
  • Create, review, and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals to support the effective implementation and operation of communications systems.
  • Utilize System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) concepts and processes throughout the project life-cycle to ensure successful integration and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Implement and manage processes related to the Acquisition Life-cycle, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements. Support project management in procurement and resource allocation activities.
  • Analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and apply sound judgment to resolve challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining communications systems that meet operational and industry standards.
    • Experience in creating and managing comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
    • Understanding of System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) concepts, ensuring effective integration and implementation of engineering solutions.
    • Experience in managing processes related to the Acquisition Lifecycle, ensuring compliance and supporting procurement and resource allocation.
