De Technical Support Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de helpdesk en het bieden van telefonische of e-mail ondersteuning aan klanten. In deze functie los je service cases op, stel je prioriteiten en draag je oplossingen aan. De Helpdesk werkt nauw samen met de planning in het geval dat een Field Service Engineer (FSE) de klant moet bezoeken. De Technical Support Specialist houdt alle service cases bij in onze CRM-softwareapplicatie en rapporteert aan de Teamleider. De functie zal gevestigd zijn in Leerdam, Nederland

Taken:

• Het afhandelen van technische vragen van klanten via telefoon of e-mails

• Documenteren van relevante informatie in SalesForce. (Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-software)

• Reageren op eventuele problemen bij klanten door samen te werken met andere afdelingen binnen onze organisatie

• Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de service cases en zo nodig kunnen escaleren

• Oog voor klanttevredenheid door goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwerk

• In staat zijn prioriteiten te stellen en effectieve oplossingen te bieden aan onze klanten

• Ervaren binnen de markeer- en codeerindustrie, industriële automatisering of aanverwante industrie

• Aantoonbaar succes bij het behalen van persoonlijke doelstellingen

• Vloeiend in geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en Engels

• Bereidheid om voor training naar het buitenland te reizen

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for taking care of the helpdesk, providing phone or e-mail support to customers. In this role you will troubleshoot service requests, set priorities, and provide solutions. The Helpdesk works closely together, as one team, with the dispatchers (planning) when a Field Service Engineer (FSE) is required to visit a customer. The Technical Support Specialist keeps track of all service cases in our CRM software application and reports to the Team leader. The position will be located in Leerdam, Netherlands.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Handling customer technical questions from incoming calls or e-mails

• Document important information in SalesForce (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software)

• Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments

• Escalating and having ownership of the cases

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience

• Experience with Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software) is an advantage

• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus.

• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
